Cancellation Policy
In the event of unplayable conditions the "Hike It and Spike It" national
staff reserves the right to delay games until playing conditions improve. Once
play resumes the following steps may be taken: 1. Reduce the time of the game.
2. Eliminate the Down and Out Bowl. 3. Change the format to single elimination.
4. Play games on consecutive basis instead of the scheduled times. 5. Use sudden
death rules. In the unfortunate event that play cannot resume, the tournament
will be cancelled. If the tournament is cancelled players will still receive
their player t-shirts and team registration package. Presentation of awards will
be made if possible. The cash prizes given for "The Show Me the Money" division
may be reduced or eliminated which is at the discresion of the HNS national
staff. Under no circumstances will refunds be given.
